The LegalPrecision™ e-Billing Application is securely accessed over the Internet through a Web browser. To take full advantage of the security and functionality of the application, certain hardware and Web browsers are required.

System Requirements:
The minimum hardware requirements may vary depending on different browser and system configurations. The following specifications define the minimum possible system configuration.

• Processor: 400 MHz Pentium or AMD K-3
• Memory: 64MB
• Video Resolution: 800 X 600
• Modem: 56Kbps
• Browser: Netscape Navigator 4.7 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0
• Operating System: Microsoft Windows 98

For optimum performance when running the LegalPrecision application, use the following hardware configuration:

• Processor: Pentium or AMD with 850 MHz processor
• Memory: 256MB (or better)
• Video Resolution: 1024 X 768
• Modem: DSL, Cable Modem or T1
• Browser: Netscape Navigator 7.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0
• Operating System: Microsoft Windows 2000/XP

Email applications:

• An electronic mail (email) account is required to receive notifications from the LegalPrecision Application.

NOTE:
Some Internet Service Providers, (ISPs) furnish custom versions of Web browsers. If the browser provided is the same version as one of the Web browsers listed above, it should be compatible with the LegalPrecision Application. If you are having problems with a custom browser, we recommend that you download (for free) one of the browsers suggested.

If you use America Online…
You can use an America Online account to access the Internet: however, the AOL browser cannot run the LegalPrecision™ Application. Web-based technologies essential to security and enhanced performance do not function within the AOL browser. For proper operation you will need to download and install Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

If you already have the appropriate version of Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer, then you simply need to follow these directions:

1. Start AOL as you normally do.
2. Minimize the AOL program (Click on the box with the underline in the upper right corner of your AOL window).
3. Start Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer, and browse to https://www.legalprecision.com.
